Metinvest decided to publish its consolidated financial statements for 2007, 2008, 2009 and the first half of 2010 on its corporate website.
Financial statements were prepared in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (“IFRS”) and audited by PricewaterhouseCoopers (“PwC”) audit firm. The decision on issuance of financial statements is aimed at improving transparency and investment attractiveness of Metinvest Group. The statements can be downloaded here.
