YENAKIIEVE IRON AND STEEL WORKS, METINVEST GROUP, expands its social policy horizons regarding the employees’ health improvement. In order to make steel workers’ recreation environment better, YENAKIIEVE STEEL passes three recreational units to the core company ZDRAVNITSA PLUS LLC, which will be professionally engaged in their development.
ZDRAVNITSA PLUS LLC specialists will take in hand the recreational process quality improvement in «Rubin» retreat center in Yatskoye village, Krasnolimanskiy district; V. Dubinin children’s recreation camp in Yenakiievo and «Iskra» recreation facility in Svyatogorsk.
Except for YENAKIIEVE STEEL recreation facilities, ZDRAVNITSA PLUS LLC will integrate the similar structural units of the other Works of METINVEST GROUP Metallurgical Division. In particular, this refers to the structural units of AVDIIVKA COKE, KHARTSYZSK PIRE, ILLYICH STEEL and AZOVSTAL. This project implies employees of the mentioned Companies to get the opportunity to have a rest in the recreation facilities of the associated Companies. Thus, this project will provide the wider range of the recreation opportunities for the steel workers.
Recreation centers personnel will be also integrated in ZDRAVNITSA PLUS LLC team. The trip cost will be still internally adjusted by the Works, and everyone, who feels like improving their health, will get such an opportunity.

It should be noted, that 1 542 Works employees and 600 children of the steel workers improved their health for an overall amount of UAH 4.7m last year. PJSC YENAKIIEVE STEEL employees got the opportunity to have a rest not only at the Works' recreation centers, but also in recreation facilities at Azov seaside.
